A. Fully Painted Style

—Stylized animal / creature illustrations. Fully painted.

C. Rendered Props / Assets

—Fully painted and rendered props and assets. Fantasy/real life props. (weapons, food, bottles, jewelry, etc.)Turn-Over: 1-2 Weeks

Base Price:

• $60 — Price may vary. (Additional price depending on the details).

D. Full Illustration

—Fully painted and rendered scenes with specific and detailed poses/descriptions. For pieces with perspectives or interactions etc. Turn-Over: 1-6 weeks

Base Price:

• $300 — Price may vary. (Additional price for extra characters, props & weapons).

• +100% for an additional Character
• +$5-50 for props, complex jewelry, pets, detailed pieces & clothing.
• + $10-50 for heavy armor / weapons
• + $10-50 with a specific background
• + 10-30 per extra heavy revision at finalizing.

• 2 toned semi-textured BG for pieces with no custom BG.
• 3 free revisions at the sketch to base coloring stage.
• 1 free revision at finalizing stage (For minimal changes).

♡ Terms & Conditions

In commissioning me, you automatically agree to the following terms:

• I will only be drawing in the styles presented. Please do not ask me to copy someone else's style.• I have the right to decline any commission I’m not comfortable with.• All commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You may post it anywhere you like, but you cannot sell or claim it as your own. (No NFTs/NFT use)• All artwork/commissioned artwork I have sent, & previously sent (including w.i.p works/sketches) are not allowed to use for any AI model training and style referencing in all AI related tools/ learning models.• Please indicate in your email/message if the work will be used for commercial purposes. That will include a separate fee.• Though tagging is not required, Please add proper credit when posting. (‘@sfloreven’ or ‘@/sfloreven’).• I hold the rights to the artwork. I’m allowed to post the art on social media accounts & portfolios. (Unless if it’s for private commissions).• All necessary payments must be fulfilled before I send the final artwork.

♡ T&C: Commission info

• Please provide a clear description along with as much visual references, doodles, stick figure sketches, mood boards etc. as possible. This will greatly help me in visualizing the piece you'll need. (Required)• First 3 revisions for rough sketches until base coloring are free. Any heavy revisions near or after finalizing will have an additional payment per revision.• Transparent backgrounds of the character/subject will not be included in the final files.• Please ask in advanced if you’ll need the file in a pdf format.• Turnover may take 1-4 weeks sometimes 1 month (or more. But I try my best to not go beyond 1 month if possible) This will ultimately depend on the complexity of the piece as well as my schedule.• I will be sending you update sketches through Gmail / Twitter / insta. The final output (with bg) will be given through Gmail to preserve quality. (File types: PNG & JPEG )

♡ T&C: Payment Methods

• The client may choose to pay 100% or 50% upfront before I start working. The final art files shall only be given once payment is complete. Refunds are not allowed once I start the commission.• Note: I no longer put watermarks on progress sketches if the piece is paid in full. :)• Payment method: Paypal

♡ Process:

Once the details are settled and the payment has been received, I will be emailing/messaging the client with the following progress:• Rough Draft - I will be sending you a rough sketch and once there's no changes needed, I will proceed to clean it up and add smaller features.• Cleaned up sketch - This will be the lineart/cleaned up sketch stage. Once there's no more changes needed to be made or added, I'll continue with base coloring.• Base colors / base shadows - This is where I'll be adding the flat/initial colors and shadows to the piece. It would look a little bit dull at first but no worries, since I will be adding the shading and highlights in the finalizing stage.• The rest of the payment must be fulfilled before finalizing(for those who paid 50% upfront)• Finalizing - this is where the magic starts and when the piece comes to life. I'll add the finishing touches, lighting, as well as the smaller details on this stage.• I'll first be sending a low res of the piece to check if there's anymore changes/ additional revisions. (Additional heavy revisions on this stage may require an extra fee). If there aren't any other changes, I'll then be sending you the final files.• Sending of final art through emailDONE! ;D
